A multi – disciplinary commercial team from Sills & Betteridge LLP have advised international employment support provider Asuria UK, on its acquisition of the Derby Business College / DBC Group, marking the Australian-owned company's first corporate transaction in the UK.
Led by Corporate Partner Euan McLaughlin, with support from Employment Law Partner Melanie Morton and Commercial Property Partner Wendy Martin, the acquisition represents a significant investment into the UK, as Asuria continues to build its presence in communities across the country.
Asuria is a leading provider of employment, skills and training services, helping people to find and retain meaningful work. In the UK, Asuria work in partnership with government, employers and community organisations to deliver employment support that is inclusive, practical and shaped by local labour markets and communities.
