Further Growth for Sills & Betteridge LLP's Sheffield Team

Further Growth for Sills & Betteridge LLP Sheffield Team.

This month, we announce the recent appointments of Natalie Sheldon and Natalie Howard to our Sheffield team.

Natalie Sheldon rejoins the firm as a Partner, returning to where her legal career began. Having trained with the firm before relocating to Sheffield, Natalie has spent a number of years building an outstanding reputation at two highly regarded South Yorkshire law firms, becoming recognised by clients, professional contacts and peers alike for her expertise and exceptional client service. Since the firm established its Sheffield office, we have long hoped to welcome Natalie back and are delighted that she has chosen to return, with the benefit of the extensive experience and insight she has gained throughout her career.

Natalie specialises in private wealth matters, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate and succession planning, trust creation and administration, and the administration of complex estates. She is a full member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), the leading international professional body for practitioners advising families across generations and also serves as a Trustee of Rotherham Hospice.

Natalie Howard joins the team as an Associate Solicitor, specialising in commercial property. Having previously worked at firms in Leeds and York, Natalie has advised a broad range of real estate clients, including investors, national broadcasters and developers, ranging in size from PLCs to SMEs acquiring their first residential development. She has particular experience in advising clients on the ongoing management of their property portfolios.

Natalie also advises on all aspects of telecommunications and the Electronic Communications Code, having previously worked in-house at a wireless infrastructure company, where she dealt with its estate management.

Sheffield Branch Manager Josh Fenton-Hawkes said

"Appointments of this calibre are key to our team as we build on the significant opportunities created by the merger of Sills & Betteridge and Bell & Buxton Solicitors in September 2025. I am delighted to welcome my new colleagues and know they will make important contributions to our future growth".
