Danielle has specialised exclusively in employment law for 22 years. Enrolled as a solicitor in 2017, she brings more than two decades of hands‑on experience supporting both employers and employees with clear, practical advice shaped around their individual needs. She is known for taking the time to truly understand her clients, ensuring her guidance feels personal, grounded and genuinely helpful.
Her work covers the full spectrum of employment law issues, including contracts of employment, absence management, equality, grievances, disciplinary processes and capability concerns. She also advises on more complex and strategic matters such as TUPE, collective consultation, high‑profile senior exits and director service agreements. Alongside her advisory work, she delivers training designed to help clients feel more confident navigating the ever‑changing world of employment law.
