Hannah Hughes

Hannah is a solicitor in our family law team. She has worked in family law since qualification in 2019 and advises clients in the Scunthorpe and Lincoln areas on a range of family matters including divorce, finances and child arrangements arising out of marriage breakdown. She is also able to advise in relation to domestic abuse and injunctive proceedings.

Hannah has also worked in surrogacy law, advising both intended parents and surrogates during the surrogacy process and assisting intended parents to obtain a parental order post birth.

She aims to be approachable and friendly whilst providing clear, pragmatic and firm advice from the first meeting through to the conclusion of a matter, whether that be amicably without the need for Court proceedings or during contested proceedings.

Hannah graduated from Chester University with a first class honours degree in Law. On qualification she worked in Liverpool for four years before moving back to Lincoln, where she was born.

A keen writer, Hannah previously had an article published in the respected Family Law Journal regarding the efficiency statement and its impact within financial proceedings.
