Jemma is a Trainee Solicitor based in Lincoln.
Jemma currently assists Partner Richard Bussell who leads the firm’s Succession Planning team. She assists with a wide range of wills, trusts, and probate work including the administration of estates, trust creation, powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning.
She graduated from Lancaster University in 2022 with a First-Class Honours in Law. After her degree, she went on to attain a distinction in the Legal Practice Course (LLM LPC) at BPP University in Leeds.
Jemma’s supervisor is Andrew Durkan.
