Katherine Proctor is a Paralegal in the Wills Trust & Probate department at Aquis House in Lincoln.
Katherine specialises in the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, applications for Grants of Representation and dealing with the Administration of Estates. She also deals with Court of Protection matters and mitigating the impact of care home fees.
She regularly attends home visits to take instructions when clients are unable to attend the office. In addition to her own caseload, Katherine also assists Partners within the department on complex cases.
