Since joining the firm, Katie has worked in the Family department in the Divorce and Separation team.
Katie is a paralegal who handles all aspects of divorce and separation, including finances and issues involving children. Katie has experience with private law children cases including Child Arrangements Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders.
Katie prepares Court Applications, drafts documents, deals with Legal Aid Applications and attends Court to sit behind Counsel.
