Katie O'Dell

Since joining the firm, Katie has worked in the Family department in the Divorce and Separation team.

Katie is a paralegal who handles all aspects of divorce and separation, including finances and issues involving children. Katie has experience with private law children cases including Child Arrangements Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders.

Katie prepares Court Applications, drafts documents, deals with Legal Aid Applications and attends Court to sit behind Counsel.

I used Katie for an application of a non molestation order. I must say I have never used such and efficient, professional legal representative. From start to finish she was in contact with me, providing me with regular updates and offering her advice. I can not recommend her highly enough. I was anxious about a hearing I was to have. Jessica and Katie put me at ease from the very beginning and made the ordeal a whole lot more palatable. I shudder to think how I would have gotten on without Jessica carrying the ball in front of the justices.
