Sam is a Partner and Chartered Legal Executive Advocate with over 20 years experience.
Sam advises clients in the Gainsborough and Scunthorpe areas on all aspects of family and children law including the financial and child arrangements arising out of relationship breakdown, child care proceedings, and other cases where children's services are involved.
Sam undertook extensive advocacy training in order to become a Chartered Legal Executive Advocate and has since been involved in a number of complex care cases in the High Court involving serious sexual abuse, catastrophic injuries and child fatalities. Her role involves regularly representing clients at hearings in all family courts.
Professional memberships include The Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme and Resolution - an organisation which promotes constructive, non-confrontational handling of family disputes.
