Stephen Britton

Stephen transitioned from Partner and Head of Employment Law to Consultant on 1st June 2025, as part of a phased step back from full time practice.

In this new role, he will focus on business development and the transition of client relationships to the new Head of Department, Melanie Morton, ensuring continuity and ongoing support for our clients. 

Stephen has substantial experience of all aspects of employment litigation, having appeared in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Regional Offices of the Employment Tribunals throughout England and Wales, and Scotland, and also all aspects of non-contentious employment work.

He has been a fee-paid Employment Judge since 2003 and continues to hold this Office in the Midlands West Regional Offices of the Employment Tribunals.
