Danielle Hardy – Trainee Solicitor

Danielle started her training contract with Sills & Betteridge in September 2017. Danielle is a Trainee Solicitor currently within the Wills, Trusts & Probate department at our Skegness office. She has previously completed training seats within the Family and Commercial Litigation departments.

Danielle attended the University of Lincoln where she completed her Law and Business degree obtaining an upper-second class honours. She then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Danielle is accredited under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

Danielle advises clients on lifetime and succession planning. She deals with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, obtaining Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration and the administration of estates. Danielle regularly makes outside visits in order to take instructions from clients that are unable to attend the office.

Danielle will be remaining with the Wills, Trusts and Probate department in Skegness upon qualifying as a Solicitor in September.
