Kimberley Van Haren – Paralegal
Kimberley is a Paralegal within the Wills, Trusts and Probate department and is currently situated at our Boston office. She attended the University of Nottingham to complete her LLB Law degree and is currently studying her Masters degree in Legal Practice part-time at the Nottingham Law School. Once she has completed her Masters degree she is registering as a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Kimberley advises clients on Private Client matters at the office and during home, care home and hospital visits. She prepares Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications and also obtains Grants of Probate or Letters of Administration and deals with the administration of estates.
Kimberley was heavily involved in undertaking the Free Wills Month 2018 campaign at our Skegness office for clients over the age of 55 years. She also provides appointments for clients who have contacted the firm through the National Free Wills Network and the Cancer Research Free Will Service.
