Sills & Betteridge LLP Strengthens its Sheffield team with Two Senior Appointments

Further to our recent merger with Bell & Buxton Solicitors, our Sheffield recruitment drive has got off to a strong start with the appointment of two experienced legal professionals to our Wills, Trusts & Probate and Residential Property teams.

Erica Hancock joins the firm as an Associate in the Wills, Trusts & Probate team. A highly skilled practitioner with more than 24 years’ experience in the legal sector, Erica has dedicated her career exclusively to estate planning, with particular specialism in Wills and Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the administration of taxable and complex estates. As a full member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), Erica upholds the highest professional standards and is known for delivering clear, comprehensive and forward-thinking advice.

Katy Maskell-Edwards joins us as a Solicitor in the Residential Property team. Qualified since 2001, Katy is an accomplished conveyancer with significant experience across a wide scope of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and self-build projects. Motivated and highly driven, she combines technical expertise with a client-focused approach.
