“I have just sold a property and dealt with Emma and Zoe they were both very helpful and kept me informed.”
“Very efficient and don’t waste your money. Priced for you to go back to them. I would recommend them.”
“Excellent service received on the sale of my late fathers bungalow in December. Many thanks!”
“Moving is always a daunting prospect especially when you entrusting the job to Solicitors you haven’t used before, despite being recommended. However Emma Downing and her team have been excellent, in particular Zoe Roberts who, from the start, kept us informed and on top of the process from the start. We would like to thank her for an excellent job in dealing with our recent successful move where nothing appeared too much for Zoe despite her busy workload. You always felt that you were being looked after and your interests at the forefront. Although living in Northamptonshire our conveyancing was carried out by Zoe in Skegness which we would certainly recommend. Thank you.”
