Dominic Lee – Family Department

I work closely with the Head of the Family Department, John Mitchell.

Together we deal with all aspects of divorce and separation including children issues, finances, the family home and pensions. Where there are business assets to divide, I work closely with my colleagues in the Commercial team to give clients practical and sound advice.

I have represented clients in financial proceedings in the Family Court and conduct advocacy at the Magistrates Court.

“I would like to thank Dominic Lee for his excellent work, professionalism, kindness and understanding, especially on the most recent occasion at court. It was clear that Mr Lee had invested a considerable amount of time becoming fully up to date with my case, prior to a very short notice hearing.

At a time when things were very stressful and anxious, Mr Lee took extra care to ensure that I felt at ease, that I was constantly kept up to date and that my needs were met. Thoughout he acted in my best interests, seeking to pre-empt situations before they arose and entered into careful negotiations, using his extensive skills to secure the very best outcome for me on the day.

I am very grateful to Mr Lee and to Sills and Betteridge for appointing him to act on my behalf. I am confident that I received the best representation I could have had.”

“Thank you so much for today. You did an amazing job and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to represent me! I’m so happy that it went that way and that I’ve been granted the non molestation order. I can now relax a little bit and actually live my life without having the fear of my ex partner in the back of my mind. Thank you so much once again, I’ll always be grateful for you and your team at Sills & Betteridge. You all did an excellent job and handled my situation perfectly.

“Dominic has been fantastic to work with. He has helped me thorough what has been one of the most difficult times of my life. He is hard working, has passion and has been very fun to work with during a difficult time. He is a credit to the company. I would not like a repeat scenario, however if that were to ever be the case he would be my first point of contact.”

“Mr Lee was nothing short of outstanding when he represented me in court today. A true professional, knowledgeable and full of empathy for my situation. I highly recommend Mr Lee should you be looking for a solicitor.”

“Dominic took my case off three previous solicitor companies as they all had let me down in representing me. Dominic listened to all the history of my case, understood, and most of all cared. Dominic works hard, gives good advice and even my barrister stated in court how well he presented and organised his information for her to use. All of my ex wife’s requests to the court were declined and this can only be down to the hard work Dominic had done for me, I am forever grateful to this man and would highly recommend him to represent you.”
