David is a Partner in the Commercial department at our Boston office. Having qualified in 1991 David has worked exclusively within Lincolnshire, and has over 21 years of experience in dealing with a variety of litigation cases.
He advises both commercial, housing associations and private individuals on landlord and tenant law, boundary and easement disputes, businesses breaches of covenants, forfeiture, rent reviews and other property disputes.
David also advises executors, trustees and beneficiaries in disputes involving wills and estates. This includes challenges to the validity and setting aside of wills and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 by claimants including spouses and children for reasonable financial provision from an estate.
As a result of his extensive experience David recognises the need to resolve disputes as quickly as possible, whether by mediation or otherwise, and to provide clear and easy to follow advice on the issues that arise during litigation.
