ROLE: Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive
LOCATION: Lincoln
SALARY: Competitive and dependant on level and experience
HOURS: 09:00 - 17:15, Monday – Friday (hybrid working subject to approval)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our highly regarded Commercial Property team in Doncaster or Lincoln. This is an opportunity to build on your existing expertise within a dynamic, well‑resourced department known for its strong client relationships, technical capability and contribution to regional development.
This position offers the chance to work within a commercially focused team that supports a wide range of clients including developers, investors, lenders and business owners. You will manage your own caseload, provide strategic and pragmatic advice, and contribute to the growth of a department respected for its expertise and approachable style.

- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
- Providing clear, client‑focused guidance to a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Developing and maintaining long‑term professional relationships.
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices to deliver integrated solutions.
- Supporting junior team members through guidance and mentoring where appropriate.
- Contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery and team processes.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious professional with the following attributes:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property (essential)
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to provide solutions‑driven advice.
- Excellent organisational skills and confidence managing a busy caseload.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
