We’re looking for someone who:

  • Communicates with warmth and confidence—comfortable taking inbound enquiries and following up with potential clients by phone
  • Builds trust rather than pushes a sale—understanding that clients are often making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, so a calm, clear, and reassuring approach is essential
  • Understands the world of property—whether through estate agency experience or good knowledge of the conveyancing process, you can explain things simply and professionally
  • Thrives in a busy, fast-paced team—organised, able to manage multiple enquiries, and committed to ensuring every new client gets a positive first impression
