ROLE: Legal Office Assistant
LOCATION: Lincoln
SALARY: From £18,850
HOURS: 09:00-17:15, Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Office Assistant in our Lincoln office and play a vital role in supporting our branch and firm operations. We are looking for an individual with:
- GCSE grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- a genuine interest in the legal sector
- good written and verbal communication skills
- the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. We welcome applications from candidates at the beginning of their career or those looking to build new skills in a professional setting.
KEY DUTIES:
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Providing general administrative support to the office
- Assisting with reception duties and client queries
- Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive and legal information
- Supporting document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and distribution
