SALARY: Competitive based on Experience
HOURS: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join our Gainsborough office and provide reliable, proactive secretarial support to our legal teams. Gainsborough manages a strong caseload and this role would be perfect for someone who enjoys focused, meaningful work in a supportive environment.
You will play a key part in keeping the department running smoothly, including but not limited to:
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments and liaising with client and external contacts
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents
- Maintaining accurate client records, file notes and supporting billing processes
- Provide general secretarial support to assist with case progression
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised, accurate and confident handling detailed information
- A clear, patient communicator with empathy and professionalism
- Comfortable with audio typing
