ROLE: Legal Secretary (Employment Law)
LOCATION: Nottingham / Lincoln

SALARY: Dependant on experience
HOURS: 09:00-17:15 Wednesday - Friday

An opportunity has arisen to join a supportive and busy Employment Team. We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join the team on a part-time basis, three days a week.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to the team to ensure that the clients receive an outstanding service.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents
- Handling telephone calls, client queries and supporting day-to-day communication
- General typing, amending documents, opening files, and invoicing
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for the team
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting case administration

You will succeed in this role if you have:
- Previous experience within a law firm, ideally as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
- A calm, reliable and supportive approach when working with colleagues and clients
