ROLE: Administration Assistant
LOCATION: Lincoln
SALARY: National Minimum Wage
HOURS: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career journey who is passionate about people, organisation, and delivering a high‑quality candidate and colleague experience. No previous HR or recruitment experience is needed, however an interest and passion for this area, is advantageous. You will play an important role in keeping our processes running smoothly.
You will be involved in a broad range of administration tasks, including but not limited to:
- Managing shared inboxes and ensuring timely, friendly responses
- Scheduling interviews and supporting our end-to-end recruitment activity
- Assisting with compliance checks and new starter documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting wider HR administration
- Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team to deliver a positive experience for all candidates, new starters, and current employees.
