ROLE: Criminal Solicitor
LOCATION: Lincoln
SALARY: Competitive based on Experience
HOURS: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday

This is an excellent opportunity for a Criminal Solicitor to join a respected and well‑established regional law firm, supporting clients across Lincolnshire at key stages of the criminal justice process.
You will manage your own caseload, working primarily within Police Stations and the Magistrates’ Courts, delivering clear, pragmatic advice with confidence and professionalism. Police Station Accreditation is desirable but not essential, and support will be available for the right individual.
This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, values client care, and wants to be part of a supportive and collaborative criminal law team.
You will undertake the following but not limited to:
- Managing your own criminal caseload from Police Station attendance through to Magistrates’ Court proceedings
- Advising clients clearly and empathetically during often time‑critical situations
- Preparing cases efficiently and in line with legal and regulatory requirements
- Building strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and external agencies
- Travelling to Police Stations and Courts as required (a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential)
