ROLE: Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator
LOCATION: Lincoln
SALARY: National Minimum Wage
HOURS: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday

We are looking for a highly organised and people focused Recruitment and Onboarding Assistant to play a key part in delivering a professional, efficient and welcoming experience for candidates and new starters.
You will provide reliable administrative support in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, handling confidential information with care, and ensuring recruitment and onboarding processes run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to build a career in recruitment.
You will undertake the following, but not limited to:
- Providing administrative support across recruitment and onboarding activities
- Coordinating interviews and supporting pre-employment checks
- Managing diaries, inboxes and recruitment documentation accurately
- Maintaining records and handling confidential information appropriately
- Communicating professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Prioritising tasks and working to deadlines
You will enjoy this role if you have:
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, with the ability to learn new systems
- A positive, reliable and methodical approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous exposure to recruitment or HR is desirable but not essential. GCSE Maths and English at grades A to C or Level 4 to 9, or equivalent, are required.
