ROLE:  Junior Conveyancing Assistant (Residential Property)

LOCATION: Boston

SALARY: £21,000 to £24,000 depending on experience

HOURS: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for a Junior Conveyancing Assistant to join our Residential Property team in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in conveyancing.  Full training and support will be provided.

As a junior Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide legal and administrative support to the team while developing your knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with residential conveyancing files
  • Using case management and document systems
  • Communicating with clients and third parties under supervision
  • Supporting file management, searches and post‑completion processes
  • Working in line with firm procedures and compliance requirements

About you

This role would suit someone with some early experience in legal support and a working knowledge of property transactions. You may have experience in legal administration, property, or a professional office environment and be keen to develop within residential conveyancing.

You will:

  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Confident using IT systems
  • Willing to learn and develop in a busy legal environment
  • Professional, reliable and client‑focused
