ROLE: Family Solicitor or Legal Executive
LOCATION: Any of our Lincolnshire offices
SALARY: Competitive based on experience
HOURS: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Wednesday

We are seeking a dedicated Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Family team based in Skegness. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment, delivering high-quality legal advice in private family law matters.
The role has a particular focus on domestic abuse and private children work, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to clients during sensitive and often complex situations. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload while ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards.
You will undertake the following, but are not limited to:
- Managing a caseload of private family law matters from instruction to conclusion
- Advising clients on domestic abuse and private children matters
- Preparing applications including non-molestation and occupation orders
- Representing clients at court hearings
- Maintaining accurate and compliant client files
- Supervising and supporting junior team members
- Ensuring timely billing and supporting debt recovery
You will enjoy this role if you are:
- Experienced in private family law, particularly children or domestic abuse matters
- Knowledgeable in the Children Act 1989 and court procedures
- Confident in advocacy and client representation
- Organised, proactive and able to manage your workload
- Professional, empathetic and committed to client care
- Have at least 1 year PQE
