Office Assistant
Location: Doncaster
Salary: National Minimum Wage
Hours: 9:00am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for an organised and reliable Office Assistant to join our well-established team in our Doncaster office at Sills & Betteridge LLP.
This is a key legal administration role supporting the smooth running of our busy office. You will work closely with colleagues across the firm, providing essential administrative support and contributing to a professional and positive working environment.
This opportunity would suit someone at an early stage in their career who is looking to develop their skills within a law firm or professional services environment. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, including scanning and distribution
- Maintaining stationery supplies and supporting ordering processes
- Distributing internal post and messages promptly
- Providing reception and telephone cover during busy periods and holidays
- Supporting wider administrative tasks, including file opening and document preparation
About You
You will be organised, dependable and eager to learn, with the confidence to work effectively as part of a busy office team. In addition, you will have:
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT systems
- An understanding of confidentiality and data protection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive and professional approach to your work
- The ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
