Role:  Solicitor / Legal Executive (Corporate)

Location: Sheffield

Salary: Competitive, depending on level of experience

Hours: 9.00am – 5.15pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with up to five years' post-qualification experience in company law to join our established and ambitious Corporate team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with businesses, business owners and commercial clients on a wide range of corporate transactions and company law matters. You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, develop strong client relationships and contribute to high-quality work that helps clients achieve their commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a varied caseload of corporate matters for a broad range of business clients;
  • Advising on mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and corporate governance matters;
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate documentation;
  • Progressing matters from instruction through to completion;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts;
  • Delivering practical, commercially focused advice tailored to clients' needs;
  • Contributing to business development, networking and client relationship initiatives;
  • Supporting the continued growth and success of the Corporate team.

We are keen to hear from you if you are:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 0-5 years' PQE in company law;
  • Experienced in advising businesses and commercial clients on corporate transactions and company law matters;
  • Confident managing your own caseload with an appropriate level of supervision;
  • A strong communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation skills;
  • Commercially aware, organised and proactive in your approach;
  • Committed to delivering exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships;
  • Able to balance competing priorities whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
