Role: Legal PA
Location: Lincoln
Salary: Competitive, depending on level of experience
Hours: 9.00am – 5.15pm, Monday to Friday

About the role:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Legal PA to provide dedicated support to the Head of Emergency Children and Domestic Abuse Department.
This is a unique opportunity to join a specialist area of Family Law, working closely with a team that supports children and vulnerable individuals through some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality administrative and organisational support;
- Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence;
- Managing diaries and coordinating meetings, appointments and hearings;
- Communicating with clients, courts, barristers, local authorities and other professionals;
- Maintaining accurate records and helping to ensure matters progress efficiently;
- Handling sensitive information with empathy, professionalism and discretion;
- Contributing to the smooth running of a busy and fast-paced department.
This role would suit someone who is resilient, highly organised and looking to build a rewarding career within a specialist area of Family Law.

You will be a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a busy environment. You will take pride in delivering a high standard of support and understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality and exceptional client care.
You will also have:
- Excellent organisational and diary management skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines;
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications;
- A professional, empathetic and discreet approach when handling sensitive matters;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative support role would be advantageous. Experience within Family Law would also be beneficial, although this is not essential.
