ROLE: Care Lawyer

LOCATION: Northampton

SALARY: competitive, based on experience

HOURS: 09:00-17:15 Monday- Friday, with hybrid working opportunities available

ROLE: 

We are inviting an experienced and enthusiastic Care Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join our Northampton team on a full-time, permanent basis. Your typical day-to-day duties will include taking on existing matters, managing and progressing own caseload, assisting with the development of the department and ensuring that SRA regulations regarding competency are consistently kept up to date.

The ideal candidate will:

  • be experienced in legal care work (2 years minimum)
  • be able to undertake their own Advocacy (as far as possible)
  • have a positive and proactive approach to both, clients and staff
  • possess the motivation to drive marketing in the Northampton area
  • be confident, passionate and possess first class communication skills.
