ROLE: Care Lawyer

LOCATION: Wath upon Dearne

SALARY: competitive, based on experience

HOURS: 09:00-17:15 Monday- Friday, with hybrid working opportunities available

ROLE: 

We are inviting an experienced Care Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join our Wath/ Sheffield team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of client care whilst managing their caseload with supervision and support when required and playing an active role in a highly valued and expanding department.

Your typical day-to-day duties may include: 

  • assisting with the development of the department 
  • achieving both individual and team financial targets, as agreed with the Department Head
  • ensuring that all business opportunities are dealt with professionally and promptly
  • ensuring that SRA regulations regarding competency are consistently kept up to date

ABOUT YOU:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • qualified Solicitor/ Legal Executive 
  • strong knowledge of legal care work, procedures and relevant legislation
  • ability to undertake your own Advocacy (as far as possible)
  • positive and proactive approach to both, clients and staff
