Role
You’ll be supporting the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion, working efficiently and confidently to help maintain our excellent client service. You’ll handle a varied caseload under supervision and will liaise with clients, agents, and third parties daily.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare and manage documents through each stage of a conveyancing transaction
Open new files and manage pre-contract work, including searches and AML checks
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders with professionalism
Support with contract exchanges and completion processes
Handle Land Registry applications and post-completion formalities
Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date
Work to tight deadlines with confidence and accuracy
Follow firm procedures, compliance and regulatory guidelines
About You
You're an experienced Conveyancing Assistant with recent hands-on exposure to the full conveyancing cycle. You take pride in your organisational skills, have a sharp eye for detail, and bring calm efficiency to busy caseloads. Your communication is clear, professional, and client-focused. Most importantly, you’re looking for a role where your skills matter, and your development is encouraged.
