- Significant experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant (essential)
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- High level of IT literacy
- Experience supporting both the sale and purchase sides of residential conveyancing
