You’ll support the smooth running of the front of house, handling calls, appointments, and general enquiries with confidence and care.

- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming phone calls for all branch offices
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and organised
- Coordinate meeting room bookings for internal and external meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Typing up of documents and drafting correspondence
